1. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and payment confirmation.
Prices on our website are displayed in your local currency, automatically adjusted based on your location.

We accept secure payment through:

  • Shopify Payments

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay

  • Major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)

We reserve the right to update prices, adjust shipping rates, or cancel orders in cases of error, stock unavailability, or payment issues.

2. Delivery

Orders placed before 2 pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same working day.
Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.

UK Delivery Options:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 – £4.99 (1–2 working days)

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 – £3.99 (1–3 working days)

International Shipping:
We ship worldwide. Delivery times and costs vary by country.
Customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

  • Any damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • Any missing or lost parcels must be reported within 14 days.

After these timeframes, items are considered accepted as received.

3. Returns & Exchanges

To start a return, email sales@claseyewear.co.uk with your order number.
We will provide the return address – please do not send anything back without contacting us first.

Conditions:

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Include your name or order number inside the parcel.

  • Use a tracked postal service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Return postage is covered by CLAS.EYEWEAR only if the product is faulty or damaged.
If the product does not fit or you change your mind, return shipping is your responsibility.

We also offer exchanges for faulty or damaged items reported within 7 days of receiving your order.
You may exchange for a different style of the same price, but postage is only covered if the original item was defective.

4. International Orders

We deliver globally, and product prices will automatically display in your local currency based on your region.
Exchange rates are determined by your payment provider and may vary slightly from displayed prices.

Any import duties, customs charges, or local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Intellectual Property

All images, logos, designs, and content on this website are owned by CLAS.EYEWEAR.
They may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the total value of your purchase.
