Delivery and Returns


Delivery:  

Making sure your order gets to you correctly and without any problems is very important to us.  

It is important to check the products on delivery, any damage in transit needs to be reported to us within 7 days of receiving the goods. If we are not contacted within this time we consider the goods to have been accepted in the condition they arrived in and would be unable to honour any replacement or refund.  

Please get in touch promptly if the product is lost or damaged in transit and also report any missing items or orders within 14 days.

Shipping costs:

 Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Royal Mail aim to deliver next working day, however it could take 1-2 working days) £4.99

Royal Mail Tracked 48 (1-3 working days delivery£3.99

ALL ORDERS ARE DISPATCHED WITHIN 24 WORKING HOURS, UNLESS FALLS ON A WEEKEND. IT WOULD THEN BE DISPATCHED THE FOLLOWING WORKING DAY. 

 

 

Returns:  

To return your product, you will need to contact sales@claseyewear.co.uk with your order number and we will give you our returns address for you to send your return back to. Please do not post your item back without any information, ideally insert something with your order number on or details to help us distinguish where it has came from.  
If you wish to return your order to us for a refund, you can do so within 14 days of purchase. Once you have had the products over the 14 days, we will consider the goods to have been accepted and we would not be unable to honour any replacement or refund. The products must be returned in the exact same condition they were received in. Once we have received your return we will send you an email to notify you. We recommend packing the item well and using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for any loss or damage in transit during the return. We will only cover the shipping cost if the return is due to a problem with the glasses themselves. If they do not fit or you feel do not suit you, we would not be responsible for the shipping cost of the return. 
We will always try to process the return the day it arrives, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays. Returns that come back to us without the correct information can be rejected at our discretion and returned to the sender. 

 

Exchange

We will be happy exchange a product and cover the shipping cost, but only if it is damaged in transit or has a manufacture error. This will need to be reported within 7 days of receiving to sales@claseyewear.co.uk, including your order number. If reported after this time frame we would be unable to honour any replacement/exchange. If your glasses do not fit, or you feel do not suit you, we will also be happy to swap the style for another, if the same price. However we would only cover the shipping cost if the exchange is due to a problem with the glasses themselves.
