Making sure your order gets to you correctly and without any problems is very important to us.
All orders placed before 1pm GMT between Monday - Friday will be dispatched the same day, any orders placed after 1pm GMT or on the weekend, will be dispatched the following working day (Working days = Monday–Friday).
It is important to check the products on delivery, any damage in transit needs to be reported to us within 7 days of receiving the goods. If we are not contacted within this time we consider the goods to have been accepted in the condition they arrived and would be unable to honour any replacement or refund.
Please get in touch promptly if the product is lost or damaged in transit and also report any missing items or orders within 14 days.

We will be happy exchange a product and cover the shipping, if it is damaged or has a manufacture error. This will need to be reported within 7 days of receiving to email@example.com, including your order number. If reported after this time frame we would be unable to honour any replacement/exchange. If your glasses do not fit, or you feel do not suit you, we will also be happy to swap the style for another, if the same price. However we would only cover the shipping cost if the exchange is due to a problem with the glasses themselves.
