Delivery and Returns


Making sure your order gets to you correctly and without any problems is very important to us. 

All orders placed before 1pm GMT between Monday - Friday will be dispatched the same day, any orders placed after 1pm GMT or on the weekend, will be dispatched the following working day (Working days = Monday–Friday).  

It is important to check the products on delivery, any damage in transit needs to be reported to us within 7 days of receiving the goods. If we are not contacted within this time we consider the goods to have been accepted in the condition they arrived and would be unable to honour any replacement or refund.  

Please get in touch promptly if the product is lost or damaged in transit and also report any missing items or orders within 14 days.

To return your product, you will need to contact with your order number and we will give you our returns address for you to send your sunglasses back to. Please do not post your item back without any information, ideally insert something with your order number on or details to help us track who it has came from.  
If you wish to return your order to us for a refund, you can do so within 14 days of purchase. The products must be returned in the exact same condition they were received in. Once we have received your return we will send you an email to notify you. We recommend packing the item well and using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for any loss or damage in transit during the return. We will only cover the shipping cost if the return is due to a problem with the glasses themselves. If they do not fit or you feel do not suit you, we would not be responsible for the shipping cost of the return. 
We will always try to process the return the day it arrives, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays. Returns that come back to us without the correct information can be rejected at our discretion and returned to the sender. 


We will be happy exchange a product and cover the shipping, if it is damaged or has a manufacture error. This will need to be reported within 7 days of receiving to, including your order number. If reported after this time frame we would be unable to honour any replacement/exchange. If your glasses do not fit, or you feel do not suit you, we will also be happy to swap the style for another, if the same price. However we would only cover the shipping cost if the exchange is due to a problem with the glasses themselves.
